Chana Dal Kheer ( ছোলার
ডালের পায়েস) is a very tasty
and delicious item. Generally it is prepared during festive seasons. We have
used Coconut milk however you can use milk also. Serve Chana Dal kheer either
warm or chilled. You can also refrigerate it.
Ingredients
(Serves: 2) ( 1 Cup=250 ml)
Chana Dal – ½ cup
Jaggery – ¾ cup
Cashewnuts – 2 Tbsp
Raisins – 1 Tbsp
Fresh Coconut sliced – 2 Tbsp
Green Cardamom – 2 nos crushed
Coconut milk or plain milk – ½ cup
Salt – ¼ Tsp
Ghee – 1 Tbsp
