ইলিশ মাছের মাথা দিয়ে মুলো শাক (পেঁয়াজ রসুন ছাড়া)| Radish Leaves with Hilsha Fish Head (without onion and Garlic)

 

Today we have made a special bengali dish Ilish Macher Matha diye Mulo Sak (Radish Leaves). Only a very few ingredients are required and very tasty.

 

Ingredients (Serves 3)

Hilsha Fish Head  – 1 No.

Radish leaves – 200 gms

Green Chilli – 2

Cumin Seed – ½ Tsp

Dry Red Chilli – 1

Bay Leaf – 1

Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp

Cumin Powder – ½ Tsp

Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp

Oil – 3 Tbsp

Sugar – ½ Tsp (Optional)

Salt – 1 ½ Tsp or as per taste
