Brinjal Bhurji | বেগুনের ভুরজি | बैगन की भुर्जी
How to make
brinjal bhurji with egg. It’s a very spicy dish. Those who don’t like brinjal ,
they will also relish it once you prepared like this.
Tip: Don’t add salt at the beginning to avoid water coming out from the brinjal. Add salt once the brinjals are cooked.
Ingredients (Serves: 2-3)
Brinjal – 300 gms
Egg – 2 to 3 Nos.
Dry Red Chilli – 1 No.
Chopped Ginger – 2 Tsp
Chopped Onion – 1 Big
Chopped Green Chilli – 4 to 5 Nos.
Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder – ¼ Tsp
Mustard Oil – 3 Tbsp
Sugar – ½ Tsp
Salt – as per taste
