Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

1½ Cup Maida

½ Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Ajwain

¼ Cup oil

1 Tsp Salt 

For Filling:

3 big onions finely chopped

2 Tsp Finely chopped green chilli

½ Tsp Fennel Seed

1 Tsp Crushed Coriander Seed

½ Tsp Nigella Seed

½ Tsp Turmeric Powder

1 Tsp Red chilli powder

1 Tsp Dry mango Powder (Amchur)

¼ Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)

1 Tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Oil
