কাতলা মাছের মাথা দিয়ে রসা  | Spicy Fish Head Curry

(Without onion and garlic) 

Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

1 Pc Fish Head (Katla)

1 no. large Potato diced

1 Tsp Fresh ginger paste

½ Tsp Turmeric Powder

2 Tsp Coriander Powder

1 Tsp Cumin Powder

1 Tsp Red chilli powder

1 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

½ Tsp Cumin Seed

1 Bay leaf

1 Dry Red Chili

Whole Garam Masala (2 green cardamom, 3 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon)

1 Tsp Sugar

2 Slited green chilli

1 Tsp Ghee

½ Tsp Garam masala powder

3 -4 Tbsp Mustard Oil

Salt - 1 Tsp or as per taste
